2. Preorders

Some Swishroll products are available for preorder before they are in stock.
When you place a preorder, you are reserving an item that is still in development or production.

  • Estimated delivery: The expected shipping date is provided on the product page. For example, our Portable Pram Cleaning Kit is expected to ship around August 2026.

  • Payment: You’ll be charged at checkout to secure your preorder.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your preorder at any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund.

  • Delays: If there are any significant delays (over 30 days), we’ll contact you by email and offer you the option of continuing to wait or receiving a full refund.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance.
Payment is processed securely at checkout.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Preorder items will ship around the estimated date stated on the product page.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
