You can cancel your preorder anytime before shipping for a full refund — no questions asked.

If the estimated delivery date changes significantly (over 30 days delay), you will be notified and may choose to continue waiting or receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
